Rules of the PortWine Residence hostel
- No drugs (consumption or possession)
- Reserves are effective after the contract signed and the payment of the first month payed.
- Payment made on the penultimate business day of the previous month, by bank transfer. A receipt will be provided for fiscal benefits.
- No smoking inside in the residence premises (inside or outside).
- Visitors are allowed, but the tenant that receives them is liable for any damage or loss and they must respect the other tenants. Overstay is not allowed. Guests must ask the owner (by mail or phone) in advance if visitors can stay overnight and for how long.
- Preserve the house, the decoration articles, furniture, equipment, kitchenware, linen and bathroom.
- Be respectful and helpful to the flatmates - and clean up your dishes and litter.
- Be kind to the neighbors.
- Silence from 23:00 to 8:00.
